SM-Brand Store delivers across Pakistan to most locations. After receiving your order, we estimate the shipping and delivery time based on the quantity of products purchased. Estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping page.

You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, return it within 7 days, and we will process the exchange within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

Stock availability:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

Courier charges:

• The buyer pays return courier charges.
  
• Free exchange is only applicable if the item has a visible defect. Otherwise, courier charges will apply.
  

Exchange Procedure:

1. Take a clear picture of the defective area (if any).
   
2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
   
3. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request an exchange.
   
4. We will share the return address.
   
5. Send the parcel through your local courier.
   
6. Once received, the exchange will be processed.
